DOA Service (Dead On Arrival)

For quality issues caused by non-human factors in 30 days after customers received the goods, customers ship the goods to Huachen for repair service. Round trip ship cost will be taken by Huachen. It usually takes for 7-15 working days for this, transportation time excluded.

RMA Service (Return Merchandise Authorization)

For quality issues caused by non-human factors in 12 months after customers received the goods, customers ship the defective goods to Huachen for repair. Huachen will pay for the returning shipping fee after the maintenance service is finished, which will usually takes for 7-15 working days, transportation time excluded.

Paid Service

We offer life-long maintenance service for all the customers, if the products are out of warranty time, customers only need to pay a limited charge for the service according to the agreement of both parties.
